Thank you to all those who participated in March’s National Nutrition Month Quiz. As promised, there was a prize drawing for all who participated as well as those who got a perfect score. But a few things before announcing the winners:
1) 62 people responded to the quiz
2) Of those 62 people, 14 scored a perfect 10/10
3) All 62 people knew that not all types of dietary fat are the same.
4) The question that was missed the most was that some processed food can be healthful (click the link above to see the justification as to why this is a fact).
5) 7 of the 62 respondents think that they are Aragorn, King of Gondor.
