January Wellness Topics: Social & Physical

The focus for the month of January is Social & Physical Wellness. While those two areas of wellness may not appear to go together, studies have shown that friendship and sociality can actually improve your health.
Those with strong social connections have a reduced risk of depression, high blood pressure and an unhealthy body mass index.
You can complete a Walter Wellness Challenge by reaching out to a friend or family member you haven’t spoken to in a while.
