During your appointment you will receive cholesterol and glucose testing, body composition analysis, blood pressure measurement, and a consultation with a health specialist, all free of charge for qualified employees and eligible spouses. Everyone who participates in the testing session and answers an online health questionnaire will receive the “Know and Plan” $50 rebate! After that, earn an additional $50 “Next Steps” rebate by completing your choice of wellness activities from a variety of PEHP Wellness activities and programs (see “Next Steps” rebate form).
