Ron Gailey from Onpointe Insights presented his findings from the employe survey at the City Council work session on Aug. 1, 2023.
Overall, the results were largely positive with 80% of employees reporting that the city is heading in the right direction and more than half expressing their desire to work for the City of Orem for 6 years or more.
The survey also highlighted some areas that can be improved and the Mayor, City Council, and exec staff team are committed to incorporating the feedback into making Orem an even better place to work.
