The always chipper and upbeat Loriann Merritt is getting ready to pack it up and head into retirement. She has been a pillar of the city over the past 25 years. She served the majority of her career in Development Services and finished up the tail end in the Orem Help Center where she could always be counted on for a smile and cheerful welcome. We will miss her distinctive and melodic laugh that could warm even the coldest of hearts. We wish her well in the next chapter and congratulate her on a wonderful career.
