Everyone’s favorite feel-good event is back and we anticipate the 2021 Day of Caring to be a great success. Day of Caring will be Sept. 9th from 8:30 am to Noon.
Here are the projects that have been lined up for this year:
- Family Support & Treatment Center project: Helping the Center spruce up their property including cleaning, landscaping, demolition.
- University Parkway Trail landscaping: Sprucing up the bike and pedestrian trail along University Parkway near the southeast Orem/Provo boundary.
- Senior home yard work: Assisting a deserving citizen to spruce up their yard.
- Engaging elementary school students at Parkside Elementary: Interacting with elementary school students by reading, teaching and playing with them.
- Scera Pool winterization: End-of-season removal of shade structures and other seasonal pool equipment.
- All-Together Playground cleaning: The annual deep cleaning of the playground
