Join Jamie for a Digital & Delicious Update on City Issues + Q & A
City Manager Jamie Davidson is hosting a virtual “all-employees” gathering on Monday, March 30th at 10 am. The purpose of this event is to give an update on city issues, give employees a direct avenue for asking questions, and gather together as employees as best we can in the age of COVID-19.
Please see below on instructions for joining the event. Arrangements have been made with each department to have donuts on-location during this event.
The event will be hosted on Zoom. Click the button below to launch the meeting. If you don’t have Zoom downloaded on your device, click the button anyways and you will be prompted to download it.
If the audio isn’t working on your device, you can access the audio via phone by calling toll free: 888-788-0099 and using Meeting ID: 355 145 426 #. There is no participant ID so just hit # again. If you’re going to access the audio this way, please consider using a cell phone to avoid tying up city phone lines.
To help facilitate such a large group all in one virtual meeting, all participants will have their mics muted. If you wish to make a comment or ask a question, there will be a chat box where you can type and submit comments. There will also be a feature where you can “raise your hand,” your mic will be un-muted, and you will have the floor.
