Adding Hey Orem to your Phone

“Hey Orem” is the great new app from Orem’s I.T. team for handling citizen requests in an organized, efficient, and accountable way.

Here’s how to create a Hey Orem “app” on your phone.

For iPhone Users 

1. Open up your Safari app.
2. Type hey.orem.org in the url box at the top. 
3. Once Hey Orem has loaded, click the share button at the bottom of your screen.
4. Scroll down and click on “Add to Home Screen.”
   
5. Your phone will then let you give the app a name. Type in Hey and then press “Add” in the top right corner.
   
6. You’re all set! You can now access Hey Orem from your phone. Your log-in credentials are just your Orem email address and password.

For Android Users

1. Open up your Chrome app.

   

2. Type hey.orem.org in the url box at the top.
   
3. Once Hey Orem has loaded, press the up arrow or the 3 dots in the top right corner.
   
4. Press “Add to Home Screen.”
   
5. Confirm that you want Hey Orem added to your home screen by pressing “Add.”
   
6. You’re all set! The log-in credentials are just your Orem email and password.
