We’ve got some incredible prizes this year in the Employee Giving Campaign auction. This will operate similar to a silent auction but will be done all online.
Here are the rules:
- The auction will close on Thursday, Sept. 12th at 5:00 PM.
- All biding must be done using the bid form found here.
- All proceeds will be split between the United Way & Gold Star Family giving campaigns.
- You can use what you’ve already donated to United Way as your base bid money, including vacation hours. For example, if I donated 5 hours of vacation and my hourly rate is $20, I have $100 to start bidding with.
- If an item goes beyond my $100 base bid, I will need to make up the difference in cash, vacation hours, or payroll deduction.
- Only the winner of an item will be required to pay for it.
- Accepted forms of payment include: cash, card, check, vacation hours, or payroll deduction.
