To Our Valued Pass Partners,
UTA is currently conducting a survey with our pass program partners to better understand the community’s experiences during COVID-19 and ensure we are doing all we can to keep everyone safe as we move forward toward recovery from the pandemic. Our objective is to learn more about ridership patterns, service needs and expectations going forward. This feedback will enable us to develop a customer-informed plan to restore service and rebuild ridership as businesses in the community begin to open.
