The Orem HEROES Awards are your chance to nominate and recognize a fellow city employee for exceptional work and contributions to the mission of the City of Orem. These awards are some of the highest honors that an employee can receive in service to the city.
There are two award categories:
When nominating an employee, be sure to provide plenty of detail and examples so that the selection committee has plenty to work with in determining who should win this year. You don’t have to write the next great American novel but it should be a write-up worthy of your nominee’s contributions to the organization.
