Compensation and Benefits Survey

Below is a link to the employee survey that is being conducted by NFP, the consultant that is reviewing the City’s current compensation and benefit programs. The purpose of this study is to give NFP a benchmark through employee feedback concerning compensation and benefits. We encourage all to participate.

The survey will be open until Monday, March 9th at 5pm and is being monitored and compiled through NFP. Individual survey answers will not be shared with the City.
